I am grateful for Richard. I love my little brother. He is amazing. Growing up we were not close. In fact, I once heard him say that he felt like an only child a lot of the time. I was not living at home by the time he was 13 or 14 and I married when he was 15, so he had free reign of everything when he was a teenager. I remember the first time I saw him as someone I wanted to be friends with, and not just my obnoxious and spoiled little brother. I am so grateful to call him my friend now. I am grateful for the example he is to me. When he got home from his mission, after Easton was born, my brother was my best friend and helped me through some pretty tough times. I can't wait until him and Tiana have kids so I can spoil them to pieces! I get sad when I go a month or so without seeing my brother. I know life gets busy, but I wish I saw more of him. I am grateful that him and Kendrick have always gotten along. I am grateful that my kids look up to him. I am grateful that his life is shaping up to be everything he hoped it would be. Of all the people I've ever known in my life, my little brother is the only person I know who makes things happen for himself. If he says he's going to accomplish something-he does it. He just buckles down and does it. It is amazing to me. I am grateful that I get to be Richie Winter's older sister. I love you Richard!
