I am grateful for Heidi. I hit the friend jackpot when I met her nearly 10 years ago in Florida. I remember the first time I heard her bare her testimony in our St. Petersburg ward. I distinctly had the thought, "I think I could be good friends with her." And a few months later we were. I love that I can go a whole a year without seeing Heidi (which is stupid when I do because she lives here now) and when I see her again, it's not awkward. I love that our kids are friends. I love that our husbands are friends. I love that I am now friends with her family too! I have had a lot of friends come and go since we've moved back to Utah, but Heidi has always stayed true. I know I can count on her no matter what. I know we will be friends when we are old and grey. I actually look forward to when we are grandma's and we can bum around Target all day long with our grand babies, just like we used to do with Taylor and Haleigh. I love you Heidi! Thank you for being such a good friend!
