28 days of Gratitude Day 5

Day 5-

I am grateful for my Mom. My Mom is my very best girl friend. She gets me better than anyone. She sees me in a better light than I see myself most of the time. She loves our kids unconditionally and aside from Kendrick, she has been more involved in helping me raise our kids than anyone else. She babysits for us, she grocery shops for us, she took days off work to sit in the NI CU with me after the twins were born or watched Taylor all day long so I could be at the hospital, she helped me paint the kids' rooms, she makes all our home decor for us, she is still my chauffeur, she leaves yummy surprises on our front porch, and she takes me out for girls nights and spoils me. When Kendrick was in the hospital she not only watched all 4 of our kids and grocery shopped for us, but she also cleaned our house and folded laundry and let me sleep. I don't know how she has it in her to always keep giving, but anyone who knows her knows that she is the most generous and giving person ever. She is also one of the most talented people I've ever met. My mom can make anything. Truly anything. All growing up and even now, her talents astound me. I wish I had the words to express how much I love my Mom. I owe so much to her. I love you Mom.
